Etheric Scapes– This ongoing series of paintings began during a time when I was experiencing disordered sleep. During these episodes, the line of what was real and what was a dream was often blurred. What began as an exercise of channeling restless energy gradually transformed into an exploration of themes of light, matter, sound, energy, genesis, and destruction: a creation myth unfolding through paint and gesture.
